“My Home Is My Castle” is appropriate for this unique door that we made to our clients brief for a castle style door with a peep hole section and a smaller secret door for regular use with the larger door only used when needed. Made from sandblasted western red cedar timber this entrance door made our client very happy and gives the old world effect against his sandstone home.

We Manufacture Heritage & Federation Joinery
We manufacture box frame windows, casement windows, hopper windows, sliding windows and bi-fold windows. We can also replace or repair sashes that are broken or rotted. Wanting a special entrance door to your own design, something that is unique, then come and speak to us.

WS Field Joinery is a family owned and run business established in 1977 in Brookvale. Andrew and his son, Nick, are fully qualified timber joiners with over 60 years experience between them.

Our joinery is crafted using traditional joints and techniques, such as mortise and tenon joints, ensuring joinery of the highest standards. Mortise-and-tenon joints are among the strongest joints in woodworking, and are used for projects that have frame construction and need to be strong.
We can manufacture your joinery from your choice of timber ranging from Western Red Cedar, Gerrongang, New Guinea Rosewood, American White Oak, Cambian Ash, Spotted Gum, Accoya, Tasmanian Oak, Merbau, Blackbutt and Jarrah Timber as a few examples.
